How Are Magnetic Stickers Made?
Each magnetic sticker is produced using several layers to provide clear printing, a neat finish and convenient use on suitable metal surfaces.
1. Full Colour Printing
Your design is printed onto white PVC sticker material to produce bright, clear and attractive colours.
2. Lamination
The print is protected with your choice of glossy or matte lamination to help reduce light scratches and water splashes.
3. Magnetic Sheet
The laminated white PVC sticker is carefully mounted onto a magnetic sheet.
4. Final Cutting
The magnetic sticker is straight-cut for standard shapes or machine-cut for custom shapes.
The back of the product is made from magnetic sheet. It can be attached, removed and repositioned without using adhesive on the vehicle surface.
