Important information before confirming your order.

  • ✓ Minimum order: 20 pax per photography session.
  • ✓ Package price is calculated per student / per pax based on the final confirmed quantity.
  • ✓ Orders below 20 pax use the 20–50 pax package rate and are subject to a RM100 service charge.
  • ✓ Payment: A deposit is required before the confirmed photography date.
  • ✓ Final quantity, student or class information, package, lamination and selected add-ons must be confirmed before printing begins.
  • ✓ Estimated processing time: 14–21 working days for up to 100 pax, 21–30 working days for 101–500 pax, 30–40 working days for 501–1000 pax and 30–45 working days for orders above 1000 pax.
  • ✓ Processing time begins only after the final quantity, names, class information, artwork, package and selected add-ons have been approved and confirmed.
  • ✓ Outstation transportation, accommodation, toll and parking charges may require a separate quotation.
  • ! Urgent processing: The 30% surcharge is subject to production availability. The requested completion date must be agreed and confirmed before payment.
  • ! Major retouching, advanced photo manipulation, complex background replacement and special design requests are not included in the standard package.
  • i Extra prints, lamination, personalised names and optional design services are charged separately.
