Need different print quantities for different classes?
Select Custom Mixed Order in the calculator. This is suitable when all students receive one print size, while only selected students receive an additional print or personalisation. Custom mixed orders require final quotation confirmation because the print combination is not the same for every student.

The school logo and a standard school title are added to the selected photo layout. The same logo and title are normally used for all students in the order.

Only the student or group is kept. The original classroom, stage, hall or distracting objects behind them are removed and replaced with a cleaner background. Final quality depends on hair edges, clothing colour and the original image quality.

Urgent: Earlier requested date, subject to approval.

A 30% surcharge applies. The requested completion date must be confirmed before payment.
What is Lamination?

A clear protective layer is applied over the selected photo print. It helps reduce fingerprints, light moisture exposure and minor surface scratches.

Lamination is charged according to the selected print size and quantity.
When should I select Yes?

Select Yes when the photoshoot location is outside our normal service area or requires additional travel.

Transport, toll, parking and accommodation charges are quoted separately and are not included in the calculator.
Each class or group is calculated separately. A Group Photography Setup charge of RM180 applies to every class. Group prints use the Same Image print rate. Individual portraits include RM5 capture/basic editing per student, plus the selected print cost.

Order-Level Options

Both standard packages and custom mixed orders are calculated automatically. Final quantity, spelling, artwork and schedule must still be confirmed before production.

    Terms & Conditions

    Important information before confirming the order.

    • 1 Minimum standard order: 20 students. Smaller orders may include an additional minimum service charge.
    • 2 Standard Package: every student entered in the calculator receives the complete print combination shown for that package.
    • 3 Custom Mixed Order: every class is charged a separate RM180 group photography setup. Group prints use the Same Image rate. Individual portraits include RM5 capture/basic editing per student, plus the selected print price.
    • 4 School Logo + Title: RM1 per student, minimum RM50. When the same artwork is used across the same mixed order, it is charged once based on the unique students receiving it.
    • 5 Individual Name: RM3 for each student or print requiring individual personalisation.
    • 6 Final verification: quantity, class list, spelling, package, print sizes and artwork must be confirmed before production.
    • 7 Outstation charges: transport, toll, parking and accommodation are quoted separately.
    • 8 Urgent processing: subject to production availability and final confirmation before payment.
