190gsm Synthetic Paper
Synthetic paper is a smooth and durable poster material that is more resistant to water and tearing than normal paper. It is suitable for standard A4 to A0 posters and custom sizes above A3 that require better durability and a professional appearance.

Cold Lamination Process
Our poster lamination uses pressure-sensitive self-adhesive film applied at room temperature. No heat is used during the cold lamination process. Custom-size cold laminate is calculated at RM0.03 per square inch according to the final dimensions and quantity.
Indoor and Short-Term Outdoor Use
Synthetic paper is water-resistant but is not intended for permanent exposure to heavy rain, strong sunlight or extreme outdoor weather. Cold laminate provides additional surface protection but does not make the poster permanently weatherproof.

Ready-to-Print Artwork Required

What material do you use for poster printing?
We print posters using 190gsm synthetic paper. It has a smooth surface and is more resistant to water and tearing than ordinary paper. It is suitable for standard A4 to A0 sizes and approved custom sizes above A3.
Is the poster fully waterproof?
Synthetic paper is water-resistant but is not fully waterproof or intended for permanent outdoor exposure. Long-term contact with heavy rain, strong sunlight and extreme weather may still affect the poster.
Do you use hot laminate or cold laminate?
We use cold laminate for poster finishing. It is a pressure-sensitive self-adhesive film applied at room temperature without using heat.
What is the difference between matte and gloss cold laminate?
Gloss cold laminate has a shiny surface and makes colours appear brighter and more vibrant. Matte cold laminate has a smoother, non-reflective appearance and is easier to view under bright lighting.
Is cold laminate compulsory?
No. Cold laminate is optional. It is recommended for posters that will be frequently handled, wiped, displayed for a longer period or exposed to light moisture.
Can a custom-size poster be laminated?
Yes, subject to the final dimensions and material availability. Cold laminate for custom sizes is calculated directly in the calculator at RM0.03 per square inch. The formula is width × height × RM0.03 × quantity.
Can I order a custom poster size?
Yes. Custom-size poster printing is available when at least one dimension exceeds A3 size, which is 11.7 × 16.5 inches. Custom printing is calculated at RM0.05 per square inch, with a minimum custom printing charge of RM20 per identical design or order. Measurements must be entered in inches.
How is the custom-size poster price calculated?
The custom printing formula is width multiplied by height multiplied by RM0.05. For example, a 20 × 30-inch poster has an area of 600 square inches, so the printing price is RM30 per piece. The RM20 minimum custom printing charge applies when the calculated order value is below RM20.
Can I enter a standard A-series size as a custom size?
No. Standard A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0 measurements must be selected from the standard poster-size list. The custom-size option is intended for dimensions above A3 that do not match a standard A-series size.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. The minimum quantity is four pieces for A4, two pieces for A3 and one piece for A2, A1 and A0. The minimum quantity price applies even when fewer pieces are required. Custom sizes have a minimum printing charge of RM20 per identical design or order instead of a fixed minimum quantity.
Is design included in the printing price?
No. The listed prices are for printing only. Customers must provide their own ready-to-print artwork. Design, resizing, editing and artwork preparation services are available at an additional charge.
Can I print different designs within the same quantity?
The listed quantity and price apply to one identical design. Different designs are normally calculated as separate orders unless otherwise confirmed by our team.
How fast can my poster be completed?
Normal production takes approximately one to two working days. Urgent production within 24 hours has an additional 30% charge. Super urgent production may be completed as fast as two hours with an additional 100% charge. All urgent services are subject to poster size, quantity, finishing, material and production availability.
Is urgent production available for custom sizes?
Urgent and super urgent production may be available for custom-size posters, but prior confirmation from our team is required. Availability depends on the final dimensions, quantity, cold laminate requirement, material width and current production workload.
What file format should I send?
PDF is recommended. High-resolution JPG and PNG files are also accepted. Artwork should be prepared at the correct final size with clear text and high-resolution images. Custom-size artwork must match the exact width, height and orientation entered in the calculator.
Will the printed colour look exactly like my screen?
Printed colours may appear slightly different from colours displayed on phones, laptops and computer monitors. This can happen because of screen brightness, colour settings, RGB and CMYK differences, ink output and material characteristics.
