Photos should preferably be removed from albums, frames, plastic sleeves and adhesive photo pockets before submission.
We scan developed negative films and convert each visible frame into a digital photograph.
Hold the film strip towards a light source. If you can see individual images or picture frames on the film, it has most likely been processed and can be scanned.
Film that is still unprocessed cannot be scanned.

Scanning alone cannot repair faded colours, scratches, blur, dust, mould or other damage.
Better-quality original materials will generally produce better digital results.
Extremely old, brittle, mouldy or damaged materials may require inspection before acceptance. We may decline items that could damage the scanner or deteriorate further.
No. Film that is still inside a canister normally requires chemical processing before its images can be scanned.

Yes, subject to the film type, condition and compatibility with our scanning equipment. The film must already be processed and contain visible image frames.
No. The price is calculated according to the number of visible image frames scanned. For example, a strip containing six images is counted as six frames.
They may be accepted after inspection. Wet, sticky, severely mouldy, brittle or badly damaged materials may be declined if they could damage the equipment or deteriorate during handling.
The delivery method will be confirmed when the order is submitted. Large files may require a download link or a suitable digital storage method.
Digital files may be stored temporarily during order processing. Customers should download the files and create their own backup immediately after receiving them.
