Artwork and Design: All printing prices are based on customer-supplied print-ready artwork. We do not provide a collection of ready-made invitation card designs. A standard custom design service can be selected below at an additional charge.

One Design Per Order: Bulk pricing applies to one design or artwork only. Different designs, names, wording, language versions, colour variations or layouts are treated as separate orders and cannot be combined to reach a higher quantity price tier.

Printing Price Includes

  • Full-colour printing on premium 260gsm art card
  • Standard straight cutting
  • Basic print-file checking before production
  • Creasing is automatically included when a folded invitation card is selected
  • Careful packing for collection or delivery

Bulk Pricing — One Design Only

  • Each bulk-price order applies to one invitation card design or artwork only.
  • Quantities from different designs cannot be combined to qualify for a higher bulk-price tier.
  • Different names, wording, event details or language versions are treated as separate designs.
  • Different colour themes, photographs, layouts or artwork variations are also treated as separate designs.
  • Each additional design must be calculated and ordered separately according to its own quantity.

Artwork and Design Service

  • All printing prices are based on customer-supplied print-ready artwork unless design service is selected.
  • Digital Imaging Studio does not provide a collection of ready-made invitation card designs.
  • Standard design service includes one initial concept and up to two revision rounds.
  • Customers must provide all names, wording, event details, photographs, logos and other required information.
  • Additional revisions are charged at RM20 per round.
  • Custom illustrations, detailed maps, logo creation and complex photo editing require a separate quotation.

Design Charges

  • Flat single-sided invitation card design: RM50
  • Flat double-sided invitation card design: RM70
  • Folded invitation card design: RM80
  • Design fees are charged once per design, not according to the number of cards ordered.
  • A separate design charge applies when an additional design or artwork version is required.
  • The urgent printing surcharge does not apply to design fees.

Production Information

  • Standard production takes approximately 3–5 working days after payment and final artwork approval.
  • Urgent production takes approximately 1–2 working days and is subject to production availability.
  • An additional 30% charge applies to urgent printing, cutting and creasing.
  • The urgent surcharge does not apply to envelopes or design fees.
  • Design preparation and revision time are not included in the printing production period.

Please note: Printing production begins only after the final artwork has been approved. The final price may change for custom sizes, unusual orientations, special finishing, complex artwork or additional revision requests.
