The booking deposit is non-refundable. It will be forfeited if the customer does not attend the confirmed session or cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. One rescheduling request is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to studio availability.

Yes. Eligible packages allow additional poses at RM25 per pose. Additional participants beyond the package limit are charged RM15 per person.
Softcopy entitlement depends on the selected package. Some packages include all session softcopies, while others include only the selected poses stated in the package.
Digital photographs will be provided through a download link. Customers should download and keep a personal backup after receiving the files.
The estimated completion period begins after the customer has completed the photo-selection process. Delays in selecting photographs may affect completion.
