Reverse Printed For A Smooth Front Surface

Artwork is applied from the reverse side of the clear acrylic. This allows the glossy front acrylic surface to remain smooth while helping protect the printed artwork behind it.

Transparent

Transparent Background

White backing is applied only where required by the artwork, allowing selected areas of the clear acrylic to remain transparent. Ideal for modern logos and minimalist signage.

Solid Background

Full White Background

The entire reverse side receives white backing, creating an opaque white background that helps colours and artwork stand out.

Acrylic Signage FAQ

What acrylic thickness do you use?

We use 3mm clear acrylic for this product.

What is reverse printing?

The artwork is printed and applied from the reverse side of the clear acrylic. This keeps the front acrylic surface smooth and gives the finished signage a premium glossy appearance.

What is the difference between transparent and full white background?

Transparent background keeps selected areas of the acrylic clear, while white backing is applied only where required by the artwork. Full white background applies white backing across the entire panel.

Can you make custom shapes?

Yes. We can cut selected custom shapes such as logos, splash shapes, clouds and artwork outlines. Custom cut shape is charged at an additional 30%, with a minimum finishing charge of RM15.00 per piece. Final suitability is subject to artwork review.

Can you drill mounting holes?

Yes. Drill holes are RM5.00 per hole. You may select 2, 4, 6 or 8 mounting holes.

Do standoff screws include drilling?

Yes. The RM20.00 price includes one standoff screw together with one drilled mounting hole.

Where will the mounting holes be positioned?

Standard mounting holes are positioned approximately 2 inches from the corners. Custom hole positions can be requested. For custom-shaped signage, the final hole position may be adjusted to suit the artwork.

Is installation included?

No. Installation is not included. The product is supplied for self-installation.

How long does production take?

Standard production takes approximately 5–7 working days. Urgent production takes approximately 3–4 working days with an additional 30% urgent charge. Production begins after artwork confirmation and full payment.

Can you design the signage for me?

Yes. Design service is available. Design charges depend on the artwork requirements and will be quoted separately.

Can I order acrylic larger than 4ft × 4ft?

Please contact our team for larger signage. Large acrylic panels may require additional mounting support or different production recommendations.

How do I collect my order?

This calculator is based on self pickup from Digital Imaging Studio.
